Annual Awards Night
Join us for the Annual Awards Night to honor outstanding students. The event will be held Wednesday, May 9, at the African American Research Library and Cultural Center at 2650 Sistrunk Blvd. The event starts at 6pm and ends at 8pm. For the first time, Seagull will showcase school talent at the event.
Bobby Zorro Hunter
Original Harlem Globetrotter Bobby Zorro Hunter has been a common sight at Seagull the past few weeks. Mr. Hunter has been giving motivational advice to students, singing to babies, and giving pointers to the new basketball team. Last week, he even worked with students on learning GarageBand. Seagull's very lucky to have a famous mentor.

New Website Initiative
Welcome to the 2010 -2011 school year and our new website! Broward Schools has developed a new initiative which provides all schools in Broward County with great websites - at no out-of-pocket cost to the school. One of the goals of this initiative is to enhance communication between us. Our school is so proud to be able to participate.
In a few months, our website will have advertising and this advertising will (1) fund the cost of the website and (2) a percentage of profits generated will be shared back to our school. Therefore, please use our website and check back here often as your participation will help us generate income!
